Born from a passion for all food alike, and especially for Mediterranean and Thai food, (and from a food truck),  Brooklyn's Original Pizza in Udon, is the second venture of Papa Z and Sophie. Brooklyn's Original authentic New York style hand tossed 16" pizzas were first introduced to Udon Thani at their original venture over one a year ago at SOPHIE'S BISTRO

"There are a lot of expats living here in Udon from all over the world. I was, and again I am one of those expats. Over all these years  I always thought 'why doesn't anyone here make good pizza here'? Then I thought  ' I can do that'!  Consistency in quality is the key. Everything we use is fresh; nothing frozen processed or canned.  I import all my pizza meat ingredients and cheeses to make sure that the quality  of our pizzas is above and beyond what anyone else  serves in town. And not only that, but we make the pizza when you order it. From the dough up.  This way you are guaranteed a wholesome freshly baked pizza each and every time you order it".  says Papa Z.

And great pizza is what Papa Z has been delivering for  over a year now in Udon Thani! But not only great pizza; just all around great food like spaghetti and meatballs, fettucine with hot Italian sausage and peppers, chicken parmesan subs, meatball parmesan subs, Wild Cajun wings, kebabs, baklava and zeppoles!  And Sophie? Well, a brilliant Thai chef in her our right, she continues to serve up her deliciously awesome Thai recipes at their new PUN's THAI CAFE  venue!
